THRONDSON, ISAAC O., liveryman, Hayfield, was born in Vernon township, this county,
Feb. 22, 1871,
to Baard E. Throndson and wife, prominent pioneer settlers of this county. Subject
was educated in the
public schools and spent his early years upon the farm. In 1896 he was united in
marriage to Eliza
Scharberg, and of this union three children were born, Clara, Aden and Myrtle. In
1902 Mr. Throndson
came to Hayfield, and in the spring of 1905 engaged in the livery business, and is
now the sole
proprietor of this flourishing industry. He is also the owner of a valuable farm in
section 1 of Hayfield
township. He is a Republican in politics, but has never been an office holder. The
family belong to the
Norwegian Lutheran church. [page 120]
