Richard Clark, "(colored)", officers' servant, aged 19 years. Sword fracture of the left side of cranium. Iceport, Mississippi, February 2d, 1865. Admitted to Strader Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky, March 23d, from Field Hospital. Transferred March 26, 1865, to New Albany, Indiana, Floating Hospital. Returned to duty June 27th, 1865.
