W. M. Bryson, 69, has lived in Mcculloch County 45 years. Born
at Cullowhee, N. C. august 10, 1866, Mr, Bryson came to Texas in 1889,
taking up hios residence in Comanche for a year ahd a half before locating
in Brady. For many years, Mr. Bryson ranched in the section east
of Brady; he also served a number of terms as county commissioner.
At present he is employed as night watchman.
Mr. Bryson has seen marvelous progress in the near half century he has
lived here; has seen grazing land developed into fine farm land, and has
seen Brady grow from a shack town into one of the neatest and most attractive
in this section.
